Coronavirus – Risk Management

We want to update you on the risk management measures Hettle Andrews is taking to address the risk of further spread of coronavirus.

Ensuring our own and your business continuity is top of the agenda for our Risk Committee and we are taking the following steps to mitigate the risk of coronavirus for both of us:

1, We are following the government guidelines in respect of travel to Category 1 areas. In addition we are maintaining a register of both business and personal travel to these areas.

2, We are asking members of the team who have travelled to Category 2 countries or have been in close contact with someone who has visited these countries to work from home for a period of 14 days.

3, We are banning all future travel to Category 1 and Category 2 countries and areas.

4, Wherever possible we are offering any client meetings to be online either by video or telephone conference rather than face to face but we should emphasise this will be entirely your decision as our client.

Finally we would like to reassure you that our own business continuity plan enables the entire team to work remotely from the office and as such there is no risk to the continuity of our services.
