Our team have completed  the ‘Marching through March’ challenge, committing to exercising for at least 30 minutes 5 days out of 7 and making a charitable donation.  We decided to support #walkwithtom and have raised £220. The funds raised have been sent to the Captain Tom Foundation https://captaintom.org/story which supports amongst others, mental health charities and the Royal British Legion.  We’re all a bit fitter and the charity benefits too so a great result.
