Following the success of Fitness February, our team have decided to stick with a fitness challenge for March and have donated again to take part. We will be supporting the Captain Tom Foundation by marching our way through March. We have committed to at least 30 minutes exercise on 5 out of each 7 days. We are finding the exercise helpful both physically and mentally and raising charity funds at the same time gives us extra purpose, as we work through what are hopefully the last stages of lockdown.
