Last Friday one of our associates, Chloe Burrow had her hair cut. This may not seem like news but she had 8 inches cut off, so that she could donate it to The Little Princess Trust. The trust provides real hair wigs free of charge to children and young adults up to the age of 24, who have sadly lost their own hair due to cancer treatment and other illnesses.  Chloe was the first to admit she was very attached to her long hair but decided it would be a great thing to give someone else the long hair that cancer has taken away from them, to help them feel more like themselves.

Alongside donating her hair, Chloe has been sponsored by friends and colleagues at Hettle Andrews for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Fighting Skin Cancer Trust – one of the charities supported by the Hettle Andrews Charitable Trust. She has raised a tremendous £536

So, a new look for Chloe, a morale boost for the recipient and a good sum raised for a charity – all from a haircut!
