Marching through March

Our team have completed  the ‘Marching through March’ challenge, committing to exercising for at least 30 minutes 5 days out of 7 and making a charitable donation.  We decided to support #walkwithtom and have raised £220. The funds raised have been sent to the Captain Tom Foundation which supports amongst others, mental health charities

Following the success of Fitness February, our team have decided to stick with a fitness challenge for March and have donated again to take part. We will be supporting the Captain Tom Foundation by marching our way through March. We have committed to at least 30 minutes exercise on 5 out of each 7 days.
