Our half-yearly returns to the FCA demonstrate that we abide by a set of principles that includes maintaining client trust, operating with due diligence, avoiding conflicts of interest and exercising financial prudence.

We put these principles into action right across our company. From investing in an expert team and offering full disclosure of our business earnings, to employing a recognised audit system for monitoring fair treatment and accurate dealings.

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) at:

If you are eligible we will provide you with details of how to refer to the F.O.S when we send you your final written response or at 8 weeks after receipt of your complaint (whichever occurs first)
